The main gathering area offers living space, kitchen, and dining room that flows out to the balcony area through 2 sets of double French doors. Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy a cold drink in the warm Florida breeze. Inside the condo, you will find high-end finishes throughout, such as stunning granite countertops, 42" kitchen cabinets, and luxury modern stainless steel appliances.   • “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
  • A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
  • We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
