The first bedroom is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed. It comes complete with a cable TV, an electronic safe, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is large and includes dual sinks and a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. It has a TV with cable, a roomy closet, and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has both a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed, a large closet, and a TV with cable. It has an adjoining family bathroom.
Through sliding glass doors there is a private balcony that comes with a table and seating for 4 along with 2 sun loungers.
The condo has free high-speed internet and free local and long-distance calls. It also is smoke-free and pet-free.

- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one time end of stay cleaning fee on stays less than 7 nights
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
