Vacation at Magical Views, a newly built vacation home. This villa is located in Reunion Resort with an unbeatable location only a few miles away from Orlando attractions including Walt Disney World Resort and featuring incredible golf course views.
Be welcomed into elegance from the moment you step inside the door. Every single detail in this home was created for your dream vacation! All of the amenities you need are located at this gorgeous 7 bedroom villa, complete with modern furnishings, fun games room, custom kids bedroom and private courtyard pool complete with a summer kitchen.
On the main floor you will be greeted with a beautiful open concept floor plan with a living room, formal dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 120-inch projection screen with surround sound for an amazing movie watching experience. Cook delicious family meals in the kitchen fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and sit down to enjoy together at the formal dining table with seating for 8 guests.
Head out to the private courtyard pool area to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine with a custom pool with a spillover spa. Use the built-in BBQ grill to make a delicious dinner and enjoy dining al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for 8. The pool also features a pool fence for additional safety features.
After long days enjoying the incredible Orlando attractions, retreat back to the comfort of private bedrooms to relax. Located on the first floor is a king bedroom and head upstairs to the second floor for another king suite, a plush bedroom with two full beds and a galactic getaway built just for the kids with a single over full bunk bed. The third floor features a spacious king bedroom with a balcony, ensuite bathroom.
Across the courtyard is the annex, offering more privacy and space for your guests in your party. There are two bedrooms which feature a king bed and a queen bed.

Rental Policies
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
